All bookings, which are made online, must be confirmed within 24hours.

Only when you have received confirmation by a member of the waiting team your table will be booked. We cannot guarantee the time you have stated due to availability, we will however do our best to accommodate your requirements.

A half an hour wait may occur while waiting for your table, please feel free to have a drink at our bar and our waiting team will get your table ready as soon as possible for you.

The birthday person will receive a main meal and dessert of their choice.

Identification is required, minimum party size is 4 people and the birthday must be on the actual day of the booking.

If your party size is 10 people or more we will require a deposit of £5.00 per person, this will be to secure your table.

Deposits can be paid by cash or over the phone. Your deposit will then be deducted from you final bill on the evening.

We may also require a pre order depending on the party size.

There is strictly No Smoking within the building or courtyard.

If you should be dissatisfied with your meal please notify us immediately so we can deal with the situation more effectively.

As our food is freshly prepared an interval of twenty-five minutes can be expected between courses during busy periods.

An optional 10% service charge is added on parties of eight or more, solely for the benefit of the staff.

Preorders cannot be taken over the phone alternately a pre order form can be emailed to info@cafezoot.co.uk.
